I led the design of three connected platforms: the public website, a members portal for booking rooms and RSVPing to events, and a staff Workstation for managing events, users and bookings.

I lead the creative direction and produce the designs with AI. My role also includes UX, project management, development oversight, QA and ongoing client management.

SEO was part of the build from the start. Since launch, organic search has brought in 20% of new users, with no paid or social spend.
